Ingredients

  • 100g of Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 24 Months
  • 100g of Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 30Months
  • Rosemary
  • Walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Grate both ages of Parmigiano Reggiano and place small 3–4 cm heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, shaping as desired.

    Gently flatten each heap and top with walnuts and rosemary.

    Bake at 220°C for 7 minutes, then allow to cool and serve cold.
