Water is essential to both our craft and our commitment to the highest hygiene standards. While food safety requirements don’t allow for process water recycling, we take great care to use this resource responsibly. Wherever possible, water is thoughtfully collected and reused, for example in cooling, cleaning, and safety systems, ensuring efficiency while maintaining uncompromising quality.
Our approach to materials is guided by care and responsibility. We work continuously to reduce waste through more efficient processes and by giving new purpose to by-products wherever possible. At the same time, our packaging is designed with intention, using only what is necessary, minimising plastic, and optimising performance to protect our products while reducing environmental impact
